How do I change my email address?

If you would like to change the email address associated with your personal account, this is possible to do in a couple of different ways.

  1. Email us at support@interests.me (from the old email address), and we can usually change your email address. This change will apply to your personal account and all the organisations that you are involved in.

OR

  1. If you are involved in more than one organisation, and just want to change your email account for one of these organisations (and not the others), a different approach is recommended. We suggest you add your new email address as a 'team member' for that organisation, and then (if applicable) appoint the new email address as the account owner. You can then (as the account owner with your new email address) delete your old email address as a team member. [Please note that if you do this, you will need to keep logging out of your old personal account in order to perform the functions associated with the new personal account].
