At the bottom of every email you send, we automatically include some footer text. If you have supplied the address and registered number or charity number of your Organisation, we include that. If you have also supplied a website address, Facebook page or Twitter name, we include links to these pages on every email.
You can control what goes on the bottom of your emails by clicking on 'Email settings' under the 'Emails' top menu item.
Every email you sends needs to include an option for any subscriber to unsubscribe. It is not possible to remove this option. If they unsubscribe, they will automatically be taken off that specific mailing list, and you will not be able to add them back to that list (although they can add themselves back if they wish, by resubscribing).
